Originally from India, Sid moved to North Vancouver, BC at the age of 12 and has called the North Shore home ever since. A Windsor Secondary School graduate, Sid’s passion for real estate and entrepreneurship led him to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. During his summers, he ran a local painting business with fellow Windsor alumni, working on residential and commercial projects across the North Shore. While at UBC, Sid also served as President of the UBC Real Estate Club, connecting students with industry professionals and bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world experience.
After earning his degree, Sid joined Mosaic Homes, a Vancouver-based real estate developer, where he helped sell out multiple pre-sale projects across the Lower Mainland. Notably, he was part of the sales team for Parkside at Lynn in Lynn Valley, generating over $120M in sales within two months of launch. This experience gave Sid an in-depth understanding of the pre-sale market, allowing him to guide his clients through the process with ease.
Sid later transitioned to the commercial real estate sector, joining Avison Young as a research and sales professional. There, he tracked and analyzed commercial investment transactions and worked alongside an investment sales team specializing in development land sales. His experience in the commercial sector gives him a strong understanding of BC’s investment market, enabling him to help clients identify lucrative opportunities.
Sid understands that buying or selling real estate can feel overwhelming. With his extensive background, he is dedicated to educating his clients and providing them with the information they need to make well-informed decisions. Transparency, communication, and dedication are the cornerstones of his business, and he’s committed to leaving no stone unturned for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Sid values a healthy lifestyle and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He’s passionate about physical and mental well-being, often spending time in nature, running, weight lifting, swimming, road biking, and hiking.
