A proud North Vancouver resident for over a decade, Sid knows the North Shore not just as a REALTOR®, but as someone who lives, works, and spends his time in the community. From local neighbourhoods and schools to trails, restaurants, amenities, and lifestyle, Sid brings a genuine understanding of what makes Vancouver and the North Shore such special places to call home.

Sid’s approach to real estate is analytical, honest, and client-first. He believes that buying or selling a home should never feel rushed or unclear. Whether helping a first-time buyer understand the process, advising a seller on pricing strategy, helping a family move into a larger home, or guiding a downsizer into their next chapter, Sid focuses on providing clear communication, detailed market analysis, strong negotiation, and practical advice.

His passion for real estate started early and led him to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Real Estate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. While at UBC, Sid was actively involved in the UBC Real Estate Club and served as President in his final year. He later gained experience with Vancouver-based developer Mosaic Homes, helping sell multiple pre-sale communities across Metro Vancouver, before working in commercial real estate research and sales at Avison Young.

This mix of residential, pre-sale, commercial, and investment experience gives Sid a well-rounded perspective on the real estate market. Today, he helps clients buy and sell condos, townhomes, detached homes, investment properties, and pre-sale opportunities across Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding Lower Mainland communities.

Known for being genuine, hardworking, transparent, and detail-oriented, Sid is committed to working in his clients’ best interests from the first conversation to completion day and beyond.

Outside of real estate, Sid enjoys hiking the North Shore trails, playing tennis, exploring Vancouver’s restaurant scene, and spending time with family and friends.
